QUALITY OBJECTIVE

KRSB has established the following objectives and shall continuously strive towards its achievement. We are committed to ensure that: 

1. Audit Packages are completed and submitted within [two] 2 weeks from final [last] day of Audit 
2. Initial Certification & Recertification Audit Reports are reviewed by Peer Reviewers; within [two] 2 weeks upon receipt /submission to them. 
3. All Certification Audit Reports are reviewed by the Certification Decision Panel [CDP] within [two] weeks upon receipt /submission to them 
4. Certificates are issued within four (4) -six (6) weeks upon receipt of complete audit package. 
5. Official complaints from clients are less than 4 cases per year
