SURVEILLANCE YEAR 1 (NOT MORE THAN 12 MONTHS FROM GRANTING OF CERTIFICATE DATE)

SURVEILLANCE YEAR 2 (NOT MORE THAN 12 MONTHS AFTER SURVEILLANCE 1)

DOCUMENTATION REVIEW PRIOR TO REASSESSMENT

RECERTIFICATION YEAR 3 (4 MONTHS BEFORE CERTIFICATION EXPIRY)

For MAJOR N/C's, objective evidence of CORRECTIVE ACTION EVIDENCE (CAE) taken to contain, analyse and correct the non-compliance should also be attached within 90 WORKING DAYS, (30 DAYS for the CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN – (CAP)) for MINOR N/C's, only the CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN (CAP) to be submitted WITHIN 30 DAYS from the last assessment day.
